Editorial and Corrections
Write to [email protected]. There is no phone line and no office — we are a small editorial operation and will not pretend otherwise. Every message is read, and corrections that check out against the source get fixed on the page.
The most useful emails carry the page URL, what you saw, and — for a price or schedule correction — where the newer figure comes from. A tour price that has drifted since Aug 7, 2026 is expected; a wrong gate price, train fare or opening hour is a real error.
Booking Help Goes Elsewhere
We never touch your booking, payment or personal data, so we cannot reschedule a tour, issue a refund or reach a guide for you. With your booking reference at hand:
- Tours and tickets — the GetYourGuide Help Center. Self-service cancellation is under "Bookings" in your account; your confirmation states the exact policy.
- Hotels — Trip.com, through the account you booked with.
- Gate problems, accessibility, lost property — the park itself, pompeiisites.org.
- Privacy requests under GDPR — the same address; see privacy and cookies.
Operators and PR: you are welcome to write, but listings are not for sale. We accept no payment, free tours or other consideration for coverage.
